Maria Gardner - Company Director
Many years ago Maria began searching for ways to avoid being dependent on the pension as she felt it would grow smaller and smaller by the time she was due to retire. She began putting more into her superannuation fund but realised that if she was to live as long as her grandmother did she would need much more than what this would provide. Piece by piece she has set up an impressive investment portfolio which has at least trebled in value compared to her superannuation fund which she has been paying into for around 20 years. Her directorship is her way of contributing to the community in trying to support and move as many people towards financial security as she can. Although Maria is now semi-retired she still maintains an active involvement in several multi-million dollar companies and spends her spare time playing with her grandchildren with the comfort of knowing she will never need to rely on the pension.

Brian Young - Certified Property Investment Advisor
Brian started his journey at around the same time as Maria. The business ventures he’d previously been involved with were many and varied. He now admits the ingredient he was missing in the early days was revealed to him when he accidentally came in contact with a Wayne Dwyer motivational tape. The reason he had not been successful until then was not only because of his lack of business skills but also because of his complete ignorance when it came to people skills. He decided to seek out a variety of mentors that taught him the business and personal skills he needed to turn his life around. From here Brian made his first worthwhile property investment. It took five years of four hours per day reading books and listening to tapes to be able to discard the old ideas that he had grown up with as they had continually resulted in him falling down the same holes as he had done previously. Armed with a new philosophy of life he turned things around and is now a director of several companies and has an impressive investment portfolio of his own. Troy Woodward - Company Secretary
Troy is responsible for the day to day running of the company and oversees all company issues including accounting, IT and marketing. Troy also works as a property leasing agent in Brisbane for an award winning company. Troy is young and focused with the goal of retiring young and wealthy.

Patricia is now semi-retired although she continues to take an active roll in the company as well as growing her own property portfolio to avoid being on the pension.
